I've got a 2016 Tacoma TRD sport 5spd manual. They 10amp fuse under the dash would blow every now and then recently but now it blows instantly everytime.
If I unplug the blower motor and swap the fuse it doesn't blow

I've seems posts where it's related to heated seats or the BSM sensors in the bumper

    Any help would be appreciated

Also my climate control has the auto function in case that matters.

Seems to be something like a short happening somewhere. Have you traced the wires from the blower to the fuse at all and checked for damage? The blower motor itself could have a short internally causing "infinite" amp draw upon starting. Any odd noises from the blower motor? If you can pull it out and hook it up to an independent power source and test the blower, that would be optimal.

Side note, do you mean 6sp manual or did the 16's really come with a 5sp for a minute??

To be honest I don't know how to do any of that lol. And no noises at all.
    I've seen/heard the noises the '17s get

    Sorry I meant 6spd manual

If you disconnect a component from the system and the fuse stops blowing you pretty much just diagnosed the problem

Yeah. Typically, But a 10A fuse for a blower motor? Seems you'd need one larger than 10A?
I'd still like to know what fuse it is.

Wrong fuse size in the blower motor fuse location?

If you unplug the fan and then control anything else on the circuit, does the fuse blow again. If not then replace the fan. If it still blows then start tracing whatever caused the fuse to blow.

There has been issues with the power supply to the heated seats from some people. The wiring burns up at the connector. This could cause a dead short.

That fuse goes to a bunch of things.
It doesn’t go directly to the blower motor that I can see.
But it goes to things associated with the blower motor.

And depending on whether is and Auto or Manual it goes to different place.

You are right... it goes to a some relays, servos and the A/C amplifier.

Have you read the above post?
I was kind of expecting this, as the blower motor doesn't run off that fuse.

Again, see above post to start diaging,
I'd start with pulling the Magnetic Clutch Relay.
(FWIW, I am NOT saying it's the relay) I'm suspecting the clutch.
The relay will kill the power to the clutch.

BTW, you wont have A/C when you pull the relay.
If the fuse doesn't blow. Clutch time.

If it still blows, resort to stuff tied to that fuse in the diagram above.
