It happens at all speeds and temperatures, but it's most noticable on high speed, recirculate, hot temp. When I switch from upper/lower vents to upper only, the amount of air coming out of the upper vents doesn't appear to change, but I get a loud noise coming from behind the glove box. Any thoughts? I'll bring it up with the dealer at my first service, but I'm wondering if anyone else is having this issue? Thanks

check your cabin air filter behind the back of the glove box. its a removable panel. if its your 2024 referenced in your profile, it'd be odd for it to be clogged already. Unless something is "nesting" in there or you have been through higher water levels. How much longer until your first service? 6 month or 5,000 miles? i wouldn't wait.

I have had to change my blower motor resistor TWICE since I switched to a K&N cabin filter. that is coming out and i am going back to OEM very soon. they specifically called it out on the service report and warranty fix and threatened to not cover it under warranty next time due to aftermarket filter.

I pulled the air filter last night. It was clean. I have 4,000 miles so I'll be scheduling service for the end of October. I've had the truck since August, but I usually keep it on upper/lower setting so I hadn't noticed it until we got some colder weather and I cranked out the heat.

Could be a blend door actuator failing. Take it in for warranty repair. Rule of thumb for dealing with shops: fix only one issue per visit or they'll forget something. Don't wait for the next maintenance visit.
