I bought an Automatic Climate Control cause I thought that I could replace the regular one I have in the pickup but it would not work. Does anyone have any ideas?

There has to be some sort of module to know when to turn on/off ? Did you also get that?

I’d think there’s a lot more to it than just the until that goes in to the dash.

I'd assume the body control module would be different, there's no inside temp sensor, no sun load sensor, etc. It's not as simple as you'd think.

I cannot return it. But I bought a used one off of eBay that wasn’t expensive. I should’ve done more research but I assumed from the few videos I watched that it would work. The original module has 3 ports for the cables while the new module only has 2. You would think it would work since the four-wheel drive and hazard lights work with it but not the A/C.
