Hey guys! I need help on this. Everytime I drive over a little bump I hear like a clinking noise on my front drivers side wheel/area. Do you know what that might be?

Could be a sway bar link, LCA bushing, or a cab mount

If you have aftermarket leafs (Dakars) it’s common for the leaf to shift at the front mount and slap the metal where the military style bend in the leaf is. Mine did this and it made me crazy sounding like something was breaking

Welcome to TW. Usually if you put "Help" in your title that means you are stuck on a trail or something serious.
There could be a hundred thing causing your noise. We need more info.

Welcome to TW, and please change title.
Now for the noise, it could be numerous possibilities, including something you have in one your storage areas. Check to make sure you do not have any loose items in your cubby, or cup holders and such and then do a quick look at any nuts/bolts in that wheel area. Since you have a new truck I wouldn't touch a whole lot and let the dealer check it out, this way it gets documented just in case you need to refer back to it later on.
