Hey all, a while ago I lost the right rear bumper cover on my 2017 taco while offroading. The blind spot monitor sensor came out and the clip that was holding it in place broke, but other than that it doesn't seem damaged or anything.

Just the flared plastic piece that lets it stick to the bumper cover. Is it possible to get just the clip or am I SOL and have to buy the whole assembly? Also would clipping it back in place and driving around fix the error message or does it need to be recalibrated by the dealer?

Sadly they do not sell the trim from dealer you have to buy an assembly last time I checked with my local dealer.

had a truck come in the shop I work at and guy wanted a self pay on that sensor trim and one of the bumper guards. Found out that Amazon sells these sensor kits for cheap and the trims are an exact fit on your old OEM sensor.
