Clips on bottom of grille loose after install trd pro grille

2019 Black Toyota Tacoma SR V6 4x4 Double Cab

Just installed a trd pro grille and it seems that the bottom clips of the outer shell that I installed back are loose (the part that connects to the truck). I can pull them out (not completely) and then push them back in again. Is this normal? Never really paid attention previously.
