Clock, AC controls not lighting up

    98 Xtra Cab SR5 V6 Manual
    I have a 1998 Xtra Cab v6 4wd manual. The clock doesn't function and the AC controls don't light up. I checked the fuses and they don't seem to be the problem. Is there anything else that could be causing these problems?
