    Hello all,

Hoping someone might have some insight on the issue that i'm experiencing on the factory Entune premium radio. So a day ago i upgraded the speakers to JBL , Kenwood Excellon amp and JL sub. Everything sound and works great, except for the clock on the radio. It shows blank and when go to the Clock settings the manual adjust is grayed out. I checked the manual an all it says is that if you disconnect the battery the clock will be reset, but says nothing on how to troubleshoot.

    Any ideas ?

Give it time to find HD or satellite signal or whatever it uses to set the time. I've unhooked my battery three times now, the clock resets itself after a little while. Hasn't ever taken more than the 15 minute drive into town for me.

Thanks all for replying. I'll try that today. Disconnect the battery again and then drive around for more than 15min . Hope that works

Do you have any install details on your Audio upgrade? (Speakers, Amp, sub and the wiring)... How difficult was it and was it all plug and play? Do you have a link to where you bought everything?

Did anybody figure this out? Just installed new highs, mids, bass and added a amp. Now my clock is blank and it won’t let me adjust it. Been looking online for the Solution but, can seem to find anything. Thanks in advance for any input..

Haha, actually Disconnected my battery for 10 minutes just to be on the safe side and still nothing. Clock adjustment screen is still grayed out and my clock on the home screen is still blank. It’s actually getting pretty annoying looking at my radio and not knowing what time it is, haha. Never thought I’d miss this feature so much.

Is your GPS working? Or maybe working, but not very accurate? My guess is you didn't hook the GPS back up when you had the radio out. It's a single wire plug if I remember correctly, driver side of the radio.

Your clock is most likley set to auto update based on the GPS. Without the wire hooked up the adjust time option will stayed grayed out. At least that's what the problem was when mine did this.
I found the wire had fallen down to where I couldn't see it. So I thought I plugged everything back in when I hadn't. My GPS was a good 1/4 mile off.

This happen to me. Go to your settings, then I think its clock and date, hit on it without setting anything, then click the home button. It should pick up the signal and automatically set the correct time.

@flyinsquirel I’ll Double check like you mentioned my GPS is working because I thought it might’ve been that but, maybe it is off slightly and I just didn’t notice. I’ll pull out the radio tonight and double check all the connections. Hopefully that’s the issue . Man, I sure do miss my clock though..haha... Thanks for all the suggestions and help TW Fam..
