My clock spring is making a gritty rubbing noise when turning the wheel. Tried spraying some electrical cleaner in the rotating mechanism cuz it kinda sounds like there’s dirt in there or something, but it didn’t help much.
I’m seeing a wide range of prices on replacement springs $40-$200. Does anyone have any thoughts on which brands are a good bang for the buck and/or other thoughts on getting rid of the noise?

    Thanks!
