So after lots of searching/reading here on TW.....

Pretty sure my CC problem is the clock spring.

Checked all bulbs, switches, codes... No problems anywhere.

Then today I found a post that said: did you check the horn?
Well I'm not a horn guy, have never even honked the horn on this taco the entire time its been here.
Sure enough! Tried the horn & NOTHING! So no horn, no cruise control light.

All the threads here seem to say if that's the case its clock spring time.

More reading said there are 2 different ones... How do you know which is the right one?

Its an 03 AT 3.4 Taco TRD 4x4 extra cab.

Any input or insight is apprd'!!!

    Thanks!

Telltale signs of a defective clock spring is a nonfunctional horn and cruise control.

I totally suck at that... Always forget the pix till after it's done.

I watched a Mexican video of a guy doing it & did what he did.
