Clock Spring & Radio Button Wires?

    3" Spacer Lift, 17" dick cepek dc2 wheels, 265/70/17 bfgoodrich rugged terrain t/a, ipod adapter w/ stock stereo, jdm headlights & taillights, roof racks, side steps, exhaust tip
    So the air bag half-deployed in a previous accident, (the clock spring cable connectors melted into the air bag but the air bag didn't pop). So now I have the clock spring cables just hanging. I bought another pair on eBay to hopefully try and splice them in to avoid buying a whole new clock spring but I'm putting that off as much as possible.

    Anyway, I want my radio buttons on my steering wheel to work. I believe they are the green wire shown...but I can't figure out for the life of me where they connect. :\ Also would Cruise Control be affected by a bad clock spring?
