it might mean that "stock" = regular pulley, not 2.85

If the stock tune with a 2.85 pulley brings out good afr readings, then, essentially, if u have the stock 3.0 pulley, it would cause afr readings to lean out. hmm...that is odd and surely confuses people. But if it works, that is awesome.

Yes stock means means stock with sc. there are no stock (non sc) tunes. I agree on the kind of dumb answer to your problem but hey it works for you.

Is there a option for completely stock? Say, you've removed the SC and want to return back to oem flash?

Several of us have tried going back to stock from using the magnuson/bd tune. They use the same ID that trd uses for their flash, so it makes the ecu un-flashable. BD claim that you can put your ecu back to NA stock tune, but nobody has been able to make them cough up the procedure for doing that. Im guessing there isnt really one.

Well I wasn't exactly sure where to put this so I figured I would post it here. Got my supercharger installed had the dealer reflash my ecu instead of the bully dog tuner. Everything was running fine yesterday so I drove it to work today and on my way home the supercharger belt broke. The engine immediately died I was less than a mile away from home so I cranked it back up and drove literally 10mph with my flashers on the rest of the way home. I'm not that familiar with superchargers as this is my first one my background is turbos. I'm not sure what damage can occur when the belt snaps while driving and wanted you guys input. It almost looks like the belt walked off a pulley with the way it was frayed on the inside. Also I can seem to find a replacement belt that matches the current Dayco part number (79-05-02-705). Would the trd supercharger belt work as they are pretty much identical? I was able to find some genuine trd belts on eBay.

I would but the install was done myself I only had the dealership do the reflash on the ecu since so many people were having problems with the bully dog tuner.

no damage if belt didnt stuck somewhere
just find any belt with close size in any parts store. next to dayco part # you have its size... for example 6PK2516 (not actual size)
    6- number of tracks
PK - poly.... somthing (many tracks)
    number - size in millimeters

+/- 5 mm is fine, your tensioner will handle it!

BUT: what is the reason to drop that belt? not streight tensioner or idler? belt will never fell if everithing right.... look for mistakes in installiation. if you have 2.85 pulley, so go buy smaller belt

In the Magnuson manual, it says DAYCO #21-2973.

Okay I will try to find that one. The number I listed is what was on the belt itself.

Seems like you have the same belt called out in the Magnuson manual. Check for warped pulleys, or bent bolts holding the pulley.

I'm still on the stock pulley. I'm sure it was a mistake on my part maybe the groves on the belt weren't lined up fully with the groves on the pulleys. I will double and triple check everything this time to make sure.

Biggest thing to check is to make sure all the belts are centered on the pulleys and you have the orientation correct. Even I have to stare at the diagram several times when I'm throwing the belt back on just to make sure I've got the right side on the right pulley.
