    Just read through their warranty agreement.
    You're correct it needs to be installed by a dealership or a certified shop.

    You're going to be waiting forever then because TRD no longer makes them, better look for a used one.

    With the Magnuson now being carb legal though, there's no real advantage to having a TRD s/c over it other than getting the Toyota warranty...but the Magnuson comes with it's own warranty so yeah.
