Exactly. I think all of the stuff I listed the total was like $50. I'd hate to get it all together and end up with a vacuum leak or coolant leak.

I think I'll place order tomorrow. Along with a few things from urd. Use the money I would pay to have installed on the extra goodies and an excuse to buy more tools

The warranty does me no good at this point. My truck is over 3 years old and over 36k miles.

Woohoo paid!! Thanks again @big_jarv and @TIM.TRDSparks for the amazing GB!! The SC has been a bucket list item for many years.

Plan on the 2.85 pulley and fuel pump/filter upgrade.

While I'm doing this upgrade from the start, what are folks thoughts on the 7th injector kit and even smaller pulley?? Overkill?

I have more of an expo build and running Airflow snorkle to stock box w AFE dry drop in. Stock headers and all cats, reroute, Aero 2525xl, to post axle cut n dump.

And is MAF Cal no longer necessary?

Sorry for the elementary questions. Just want to dial it from the get go and be done.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the URD 7th injector kit was only available for the first gens and the 3.4l supercharger? I thought TRD/Magnuson ironed out that issue with the 2nd gen Tacoma superchargers

Only with the 2.7 or 2.55 pulleys. You dont NEED it with the 2.85 pulley.

makes sense since the smaller pulleys command more boost. I think that was one of the major drawbacks to the first gen's 3.4l supercharger is that even with the stock supercharger pulley, the 7th injector became a necessity for a lot of people due to running too lean. I'm having that issue with mine myself, 7th injector is yet another expensive mod on my never-ending list

Lol I don't think you guys need to worry about it unless you upgrade your pulleys. Believe me, its still plenty of fun with the stock pulley.

It may be a dark road but its a dark road you get to haul ass on ;)

If it's any consolation, lights are a lot cheaper than a supercharger by comparison

I got lights. Just want to turn this tortoise into a hare. 4.56 gears brought me halfway there. Wondering what 7th and 2.55 would do!

She'd rip... You best get your fuel management in check though. Might be splicing to get a new ECU in there as well.
