I agree, unless Magnuson isn't going to work with each buyer, it probably won't happen. I ordered my Magnuson from URD.

 

The title says this is still a feeler I never asked anyone to send me their money. Obviously it won't work unless magunson will accept the individual payments and ship them individually.

Magnuson originally said they would ship the pallet to me for free.

Props to the SC, but unprops for the TRD CAI. Why? That one is junk! Pretty sure people have run dynos on it with little to no gains! If you're looking for Smog legal, there are others on the market that are legal and provide gains lol, or track done a Gen 1 CAI which was made by AFE for TRD

 

Is there such thing as "too old" of an engine for the SC install. Looking at my '09 with 70k miles. Just moved from 0' to 4500' above sea level and its making me want one of these. Couldn't find much after quick search. Sorry if someone answered it here already.

 

No. I mean if you had an '05 with 300k on it, I might suggest you do a full engine teardown and maybe replace or at least check your internals for wear.

But know this, the SC is gonna reduce the life of your engine. Period. IDGAF how you say you drive, but every time you go in to boost you are putting added stress on your engine, ehich reduces its life. Now, thats not to say you wont still get 300k out of it, or 10k, who knows. Its all in how you treat it and how you drive it. Keep your fluids well and fresh and don't boost 24/7, you'll be fine. Or boost 24/7 with the expectation you might blow the engine up someday (but have an LS on the backburner ready to go in )
