    Indeed it does. Starting in 2012 they changed the grill from the previous years, which is the same style up until 2015.

    Try starting at the upper corners of the grill, they seemed to pop out more easily then the rest. You can then pull the surround away from the centre piece and the stress on the other tabs makes them pop out more easily. Once I got the first clip out the rest popped with ease. Took less then five min to get it apart.
