    Everything is just like yours and I have the seal on the fairing. It's actually worse now because the vibes are hitting at 40 instead of 70. It honestly sounds like exhaust drone but the rack is vibrating super fast

    Yes it's the front. The rear crossbar is close but not touching

    I tell ya, I had to use different screws on one side of my light than what TRS gave me because it wouldn't thread right and/or screw all the way in. Not sure if that could be it...what kind of screws did you mount the brackets to the first crossbar with?

    I agree their screws suck. It's still vibrating even without the light bar

    Damn son. I'm outta suggestions. Maybe have somebody ride w you and touch all the things through the sunroof and see what muffles the noise??

    OK SITREP. Just went on a drive in the 20 degree weather with the sunroof open and narrowed it down to the first crossbar (the one you have your light mounted to.). It's the only one vibrating at high frequency. The fairing and the bar behind it are fine

    Did you use any sort of adhesive to keep it in place like an RTV adhesive sealant?

    Nope. I zip tied it pretty inconspicuously at the top and it was a tight fit down the gap but the threading that TRS provides on their lights almost snaps into the space provided. There is a small sliver of double sided tape at the top where the weather stripping startsimage.jpgimage.jpg
