    Check it out and let me know. The boxes are typically pretty battered by the time they get there but I have only had a few where real damage occurred. In any case, UPS is usually worthless when it comes to claims.

    I have had 2 racks in all the time PRINSU has been in business with severe damage. One of them I packaged and shipped and they other UPS packaged and shipped. With both clearly were at fault and after the claims, on mine they came back and said the cardboard wasn't heavy enough, the padding inside wasn't sufficient blah blah blah. On theirs they didn't put a single ounce of padding in the box. Just stuck everything in there loose. Neither claim was paid even though they were the ones that packaged the one. Its ridiculous.
