Over a year ago I was able to get a set of Meso Customs Ultimate designed mirrors. One of the best mods IMO. They are packed with Rigid Ignite flood lights, puddle lights and V2 turns. After talking with @mesojdm I decided to try this on My Oem set. These are very Labor intensive and time consuming to get the light installed. This is the original set.

I just painted the covers Matte Black.

After trying the build on My Oems and a couple of other sets I'm checking to see if there is a need/want for them?
    Mirrors 1.jpg
Mirror will not be paint to match but come in black ABS or Matte black. To start with they will be Power, Heated and BSM. Here are some lighting pics.
This is 1 rigid light ONLY on drivers side. No other lights are on.

    V4 turns.

Meso puddles can be added but there is a slight gap which I filled with RTV black

These are Meso Customs Design built by me. Cost $649 non bsm and $699 bsm plus shipping. $100 less if you already have the V4 turns or dont want them. I may also buy back your mirrors as a core. Probably in the $120-$150 range depending on condition. I am/will not taking orders.

Edit: Note that the Meso Puddle pods will not fit these mirrors perfectly like OEM mirrors but they will fit nicely when done and work as expected.

    Thanks,

They look very nice! Are they water sealed?

The lights are water sealed. The inside of the mirrors get wet every time you wash it or it rains. You will notice a drain hole on the bottom. I have had my setup for over a year where we get lots of rain 7mo of the year. No issues.

Thanks, just trying to get an idea if there is an interest before stocking up on supplies. Not for everyone as they are not cheap but most of the cost is just parts.

If you had an option to do just the flood and puddle, I'd be game. But if not, still interested

Once things get going if you prefer the OEM chrome signal that could be an option at a reduced price.

Could you potentially black out the chrome inside the flood light?

No, they would not function well without the reflector.

I assume a layer of tint would work well and not mess with output too much.

I have the Meso turns. I was talking about the flood lights. I have a black truck so half dollar size chrome lights on the front of my mirrors do not appeal to me. Thus my question.

I completely understand. My headlights are completely blacked out for the reason.

Yup. Think adding tint to the lense would severely cut down the light thrown from the flood?

Well I won't be home for a week and can give it a try but I don't think it will work very well.
