I went with the Wilwood kit.

 

Finally after a few weeks to get everything together it is finally on. Even though it was a pain in the ass as we ran into issues it was worth it.

 

What issues did you have?

 

Had issues bolting in the ball joint bolts to the spindle and we couldn’t get one of the cam bolts through the driver side.

 

Here is the truck after alignment. Not bad

 

Can I see where you have your coils adjusted to? I have the same set up for the most part

 

I have 700# springs.
Full skids, armor, side bars and 10K winch.
Truck ride is great.

 

After getting the truck aligned I started hearing a popping noise at full lock. Last night I decided to make sure the cam bolts were torque to spec. Turns out they were not, today as I drove the truck I did not hear the popping. Hopefully I resolved the problem, I just wanted to throw it out there for anyone having issues.

 

Always torque, test drive and torque again. You won't hear any more pops now.

 

Some say to torque them at higher than required.

Can't wait to get mine on with the Marlin Crawler parts. All new cams, and new JBA UCA's at the same time. Might put a new set of Kings on to front and rear.

 

Didn’t you just recently install your current kings ?

 

Over a year ago, but this set I will have them professionally clear coated.

 

Ok. That is definitely something I regret not doing.
