ditto what @EODTRD and @TRDeeznutz said. if you don't get the flip kit, you're gonna need longer u-bolts. if you get the flip kit, you're gonna need to figure out a bumpstop solution too. AP sells a "stock replacement", but basically it's exactly like OEM, but made to fit directly on the AP strike plate. wheeler's now sells rear super bumps that tap directly into the AP kit. just something to consider.

Thanks for the info. I've read a lot that timbrens are really stiff. I've been looking in to these and I will probably go with them.

holy shit, $360!!! the AP flip kit is $80, and AP-specific super bumps are $135. I wonder what the advantages are of this design though

yeah it's about a hundred more than the all-pro flip kit with timbrens, still doin a lot of research. I just don't want to have to upgrade again in the future.

Yea, if I ever feel like my timbren bumpstops are really that bad....it just gives me an excuse to get hydraulic bumps. For now, lots of other stuff needs upgrading first

Just got the last CV axle pressed out yesterday and dropped it off to the shop to get built they finished one already. My cousin owns a shop here on Maui but like all shops here they have never done a LT Tacoma so he and his workers are excited to get it all installed I'll be there doing the install with them cause hard to install it with the limited hand tools I have and the best alignment shop on the island is right around the corner. I'll try to remember to post some install pics in my build thread and if there is any thing you want me to take pics of or questions you have about the install I be glad to try and answer them when the time comes

I got timbren. It's better than stock. No complaints. Was gonna try wheelers super bumps but I got a deal from miles

Not trying to bomb jeese's thread but just wondering what shop you are referring to. I want to know where you guys are going and who you guys trust. I usually don't mind doing it myself but lately I haven't had the time to do it so...

Anybody have this kit installed? You can get the non flip sumosprings for 220 on Amazon and install yourself, I'm choosing between the two and reg bumpstops, my new suspension is arriving on June 6th
