Which location on Gen 3 is easiest install? Left of steering wheel or center?

    John,

In my opinion, to the left of the steering wheel. Easier to tap power and illumination from that area. Plus you only have to remove the cubby panel.

What's the lead time on a switch setup for the center button space?

    JJ,

Just depends on the color that you want. I have some stock now and constantly ordering more. As soon as I made the kits available for Gen 2s things went crazy. Once your order is placed it shouldn't take long at all.

The button has a power and ground and lead (from the camera to complete the loop) The camera wires connect to the back of the head unit. Detailed instructions included with the kit.

If the tires can be proved to be the cause of the fault, they can deny the warranty claim. Not very likely though.

I’ve ran this mod on two separate Tacomas and haven’t had any issues. I even traded one Tacoma in, with the mod still attached.

@Logistics91 Since diodes are directional, does A or B get connected closest to the plug?
