4' is the perfect size for mounting on a DC roof rack, 6' for mounting on a bed rack/cap.

I'll split the difference most likely. Or just hang it off the back. The extra shade will be worth it. Plus I plan to use it like this(except I won't have to sit under the tent for shade):

You won't regret having an awning. Get one! Then get the awning body for it.

Custom mount. Welded plate to the top, and I already had the ARB sliding brackets. I used a riser plate from the rack mount to get the exact height I needed to get the awning body to hang perfectly to the ground. The awning now can rectract by 6" so I can stow it closer to the RTT when driving, and deploy it out past the wheel wells when camping. Just a 1/2" box wrench for quick adjustment.

I asked this earlier as well, with no feedback.

I'm hoping someone chimes in who has done it. Still on the fence here with this...

Well, their web site says that it is for all vehicles. Sure I will figure something out, how hard it could be? :)

You'll have to make your own brackets somehow to go between the ARB brackets and the OEM rack bars. Nothing a trip to the hardware store shouldn't be able to solve.

I guess I'll have to see all the pieces of the puzzle in hand to figure it out. I can't really picture it right now.
    Good to know though.
