*closed*archive garage hammer hangers

Put me on the list. I just need to research what I want. Currently have stock springs with Icon AAL with overload left in.
I was thinking stock shackles with poly bushings for now

they recommended I buy deavers. I'm very happy with them.

 

What leaf pack did you go with? Im looking at the deavers as well, just in between stage 1 and 2 for their u402 pack. I have a long bed but don't carry too much weight around, unless were road trippin..

 

everyone is updated on the list. I was hoping for 10 to get their attention. we're almost there. more is only better for all. again, these are built by hand one at a time. a massive discount isn't realistic. I'm doing this as a thanks to tw people and archive garage. I have no idea on final production or pricing.

 

I did also just order these hangers last week along with their u bolt flip kit

 

I have the stage one. I carry around 300lbs of tools all the time. very happy with them.

 

how much lift do you have from them? I tried the Dobinsons medium pack but that gave me 1" passenger and .5" driver. Im really only looking for 1.5-2" but I don't want any sort of issues with the vibrations that people get with lifting.

 

I was told they are about 3" I wanted 4 so I used 1" blocks. I'm pretty close to what my block lift was.

I already got my hammer hangers, but I will say to anyone on the fence about these. The difference was bigger than I imagined. I kept the stock shackle(stock springs) and bought the crosstube. Night and day difference now, the rear rides much smoother and going over bumps is less jarring. It’s really noticeable on the freeway when driving through the jacked up spots the truck doesn’t feel like it’s dancing left and right back there anymore.

 

well said. same here coming from a clumsy block lift. truck stability is huge now.

 

This has been one of the biggest pet peeves of the rear end for me. It feels jarring back there over bumps and I have never liked it. Interesting how this mod will take care of most of that.

 

How did you relocate the spare?
