    Hold your ponies now :)

    I need to know how tacomapros wants to do this.

    They may want to leave it open for a window frame to get more people on board before purchases are made.

    It's all about negotiation :cool:

    Once tacomapros irons out how they want to do this, i will let you know.

    So are these wiring wise the same like blue sea boxes? The entire box goes to the battery and ground, I understand the switches, they just get wired to the color matched wires and then plugged into the the "switch holder" then have to splice into a power wire for the light on the switch. (I hope that correct) But what about the accessories?

    correct!

    out of the box, in the hood there will be color coded wires to match the colors of the wiring to the switches.

    you splice your positive lead from the accesories to that wire.

    then you just ground anywhere.

    @BYJOSHCOOK

    See the wire bundle at arrow number two? all that wiring goes into the firewall and to the location of your switch backs. BAM. color coded. easy peasy.

    See where the arrow number three is at? Those wires will be color coded to match the wires at the switch backs. So whatever switch you plug in at the yellow switchback, it will power the yellow wire at the bundle of wires where arrow number three is at. you locate the yellow wire at that number three bundle, connect you accessory there. if your accessory has a ground, you ground it anywhere you want.

    if your accessory came with a relay, you cut the relay off. save it somewhere. connect the positive lead of the accessory to the yellow wire at bundle three.

    remember, this is a skygear box. the tacomapros box may use different color coding.

    but essentially it is the same.

    the fuse box will eliminate installing relays in random places in the truck.

    There's 47 pages... what page or post is the good location? I like to see where to install this RTMR inside the cab? Not in the engine bay if possible...since most of my electronics is inside the cab. I rather run a longer single power wire than a bunch of the smaller wires into the cab firewall. So can you please summarize or post a link. Thanks!

    When you say save the relay, you mean use it as a spare? What if I wanted to run 6 different switches with lights all with relays and my CB could I do that? Or would I have to run my CB to my battery? (Thanks for the info so far, it has cleared up a lot)

    In your install, you prewired a bank of switches in the center console stack. Are all the parts for doing that with this kit included? If not, what is missing (aside from the switch itself)?

    I am trying to iron out with tacomapros what exactly he's going to include with the deal. We have been tossing around some ideas, prices and discounts.

    Once I find out what's included, I will let you know.

    I know for sure:

    The box and wiring is included. A @Yotamac basic mounting panel will be provided with the deal.

    The basic panel is the panel on the RIGHT

    The switch panel in my write up fits 3rd generation 4runners and 1st generation tacomas, this swith panel can be found here:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/6-switch-plate-under-radio-location.315089/

    A switch panel for the 2nd generation tacomas can be found here:

    so some of you guys might want to know where to find a good switch panel, and where to locate it:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/switch-panel-gb.352289/

    @Iggy.

    I do not have the switch panel for the second generation tacomas, but I am looking forward to purchase :D

    Yeah I'm in for sure. So when I add a new accessory I just splice into the power and then ground it, throw in a new switch?
