    Good News:

    The jacks are here.

    Bad News:

    Hi-lift didn't send the shipping boxes so now I am waiting on those so I can box/ship them.

    More Bad News:

    Apparently the tolerances for the casting on the nose of these lifts are all over the place. Not a single adapter fits any of these lifts. I am going to have to throw away 50 adapters that are powder coated and done and start all over so the adapters are 6 weeks away from shipping.

    More Good News:

    I am going to ship the lifts once the boxes arrive and once the adapters are done and right, I will send them separate.

    I am very sorry, this has turned into a huge shit show. How'd you like this emotional roller coaster?

    Two problems, the powder was put on so thick it caused issues.

    Other is the casting tolerances suck. It fit on the one we had as a test, doesn't fit on the ones here. Different mold I guess.

    That blows. If you ship the lifts before getting the adaptors made, how do you know they will fit? I am part of this buy and want to make sure the adapter fits on my lift.
