Awesome customer service from Off-Grid Engineering! Anyone shopping for a dual battery system, trays or pre-terminated cables should give them a call. I was one of the early adopters and couldn't be more happy with my system. As expected products evolve (normally for the better), Matt took it upon himself to send out care packages as he wanted his kits at their best.

I finally got my ACR switch mounted. The center console or glove box were not an option for me. I didn't want the red lights staring at me all the time but wanted the switch accessible. I ended up mounting it in the cubby in front of the fuse block, made some latches so I have easy access to behind. It worked out quite well for me as it's the perfect angle for not seeing the lights while driving but am able to monitor when wanted easily.

Also got a couple of 12V plugs installed in a back cubby.

Thanks Matt, having your system installed is just calling for me to get a bunch of stuff done on the truck. GB RTT is going down soon!

I found out what my pricing is today... and the answer to your question is yes. I will get them for less than 240. Next I need to figure out my overhead and shipping before I can figure out a price and offer them for sale.

Just received more cables from helimedic for my 12v and USB outlets I'm going to install in the bed area. Probably won't get to this for a few weeks though since I have a 30 page paper due . I still haven't had the chance to install the Switch Pros either...

Finally a kit I don't have to piece meal together!! Keep us posted when you start selling the switch pros as well. Once I figure out my needs versus wants, I'll be in touch.

Yes! Thats why Im developing these! Battery kits are too hard to piece together. I had almost 1500 dollars in my first kit... and I ended up with a ton of extra stuff that I didn't need.

As far as the switch-pros... My first inquiry has thus far gone unanswered... So I may not be selling them myself. I had a long conversation with them one day and they said they would get back to me and never did. My feeling is, if they were interested in having me sell their products, they would jump on it. If they're too busy to get back to someone who would like to help their business, well then, you know...

Great product though. Im sure they'll do well without me, lol.

Haha. And I would love to graciously accept your money in return for an amazing 1st Gen kit!

Seriously though, Im working as fast as I can on product development. I really want to get the 1st Gen Taco/ 3rd Gen 4Runner and the 4th Gen Runner kits out before Expo. So, at the very most, expect those to be showing up in the next 30 days.

Give them sometime, you should try dealing with any of the companies in the dive industry, it would make you want to go on a murderous rampage. At least in this industry people generally out quality kit and care about one another, well from what i have seen.

On a side note, on your third gen install of the secondary battery, did you happen to notice if there was enough room to still stick in an arb compressor under the hood, or would that make things a little to crowded in there? I see from the pic's everything fit nicely and I want to say that it looked like there was room up front by the battery but the pictures are hard to tell from and I do not have my third gen yet to start dreaming and planning. Fingers crossed I get it tomorrow/Tuesday.

    Thanks

    Steve

Just a heads up, my third gen (double cab offroad w/ tow package) doesn't have the black bracket on the firewall side of the passenger side battery tray. I think the bottom and side bolts should be strong enough though.
