Wow. Ridiculous. Sorry its such a pain for you.

I'll be selling handheld hydraulic crimpers very soon. My DIY kits will have the option to add them very cheap.

No problem. Time has been the real holdup. I am in the process of packing, moving, and working a lot of overtime as well.
I'm down to the wire now! I want to get the system installed before my OME BP-51s are installed so they can be dialed in for the increased weight on the driver side. This means that I need to install no later than the 20th!

Will the bracket that mounts on the passenger side fit the oversized tow package battery?

The passenger side Tacoma tray is designed to fit a Group 35 battery. People have used Group 34's with success but they are a squeeze. The factory battery is too large.

Alright folks. Some of you have been asking for the switch panels/ voltmeters that I built for my center console... So I finally took the one out of my truck, smashed it flat with a hammer and had it reverse CAD designed and then cut out along side some of my trays. This was not a cheap process, so I hope you all like them!

I will be taking delivery of a few of them shortly, powder coating them, adding voltmeters and switches, wiring them up and selling them on a very small scale. They will feature a single LCD voltmeter that will serve as the readout for BOTH batteries depending on which way you depress the momentary switch. It also has a provision for your ML-ACR switch. The production model will obviously be A LOT cleaner than what you see below.

They will be 119.00 each and I only have 5 coming to me right now. If they sell, I will make more... If they sit on my shelf for a long time, they will be no longer.

    Let me know who's interested!

I'll take a DIY Dual Battery Kit with a pre-wired Blue Sea ML-ACR with in-cab switch, 20 feet of 2 AWG cable, 25 feet of Techflex braided cable wrap, 10 tinned copper lugs, 4 mil-spec terminals, plenty of 3M adhesive lined heat shrink and zip ties.

I don't need the crimper though.

I'm not familiar with battery group sizing. I assume a Group 34 is larger than a Group 35? If the factory Group 34 battery won't fit, what would you recommend?

Yes. A Group 34 is larger than a Group 35. The factory battery is a Group 27F... which is even larger than a Group 34. I always recommend a Group 35 for my battery trays, as that is what they are designed to hold.

Working on it. I don't have any time to get to further designs until after Expo West. I fully plan to get a few more trays out shortly after that.
