Couple of questions for this group:

I am picking up a used 2009 FJ tomorrow... I need some suspension suggestions. I mean, I'm definitely partial to the Elka on my truck right now, but wanted to hear feedback from you all since there's a good mix.

I've got some vibration in my truck and I'm having a hard time tracking it down. Seems to occur around 35 - 55 mph. Not terrible but I've noticed it a bit. Seems to possibly be coming from the right side, but I'm not sure that I can tell.
Edit*: I'm not suggesting it's due to the suspension upgrade, but just wanted to see if there are other things that may now being stressed a bit due to the ride height and such.

I personally think the Elka would be good on a FJ. Those are similar to the 4Runner with a coil rear end and I have liked how it works with the coils i have in the back. Now of coarse you still have your choice of all the major brands. OME makes a complete plug and play kit which includes rear coils as well so that is nice. It just mainly comes down to how much you are going to outfit it as to which coils, if any, in the back will be best. We can talk more over PM if you'd like.

Now as far as vibrations. It could be the alignment. I see a lot of shops get it into "spec" but that doesn't mean the truck is square so that may be it. I am not in the office right now so I can't look up your entire order. If you got something like a rear lift (Dakars, etc) it could be a pinion angle vibration too. Feel free to PM me the details and I can try to help you out. Otherwise when I get back into the office at 9ish I will look it up.
