    More than likely not.

    If the HC bumper doesn't interfere with the existing cubbies as it is, it wont interfere with the compressor box.

    This box uses the same holes as the cubby box to mount and only extends upward in regards to the footprint vs the footprint of the cubby box

    per the vendor

    if the HC bumper sits higher than the bottom of the bed box, it wont work.

    the unit bottom is flush w the bottom of the bed box

    Actually, the box does not use the existing holes to mount. You actually need to drill new holes and the box hangs lower then the stock box does. I'll snap some photos when I get home as well as take a few measurements.
