I only looked at it, but it looks extremely easy. All I'd have to do is use my electric tester and figure out which one of the three wires that goes to the running light is always hot and which is the turn signal. I know the green wire on the LEDs would need to be jumped to that wire.
I did not do it when I was installing the headlights, because I need to decide if I want the LED bars to be always on. Some of the vehicles that I see driving around with the always on LED bar I found kind of ugly.

You wont as long as you projectors, although the output with halogen projectors with HIDs will not be that great. I did my retro for that exact reason to have safe, quality light.

For me and most of the DTLR set ups its just splicing both of the green wires that you see in the wiring set up. There should be a top right green that splices with the third right green from the top.

Nothing personally at you....but every person I have ever talked to that did their own light mods says how their's is done properly. Meanwhile it throws so much scatter and misaligned light it blinds everybody. Again yours night be perfect, but nobody ever says what a horrible job they did as they blind you....

Well to be honest I havnt ever gotten any complaints, but I also followed the retrofit source process where you install, out tape on walls, measure and all that jazz to reflect OEM beam placement. I know a few other members locally who have done the same thing. From an equipment point of view, if you have "quality" projectors like the ones that the retrofit guys selkl themselves in their kits, would you consider those blinding as well? Im just curious of your logic at this point if one is consistent in the beam pattern and uses proper equipment.

There is a reason they are not DOT legal. I'm not going to argue with you about this. Like I said, every person who has nodded their lights claims theirs are perfect, yet when I'm driving down the road in getting blinded by said cars.
Enjoy your lights, I don't want them.

Nice man, I got a Barcelona and this was the first mod I did to mine. I remember the feeling of that accomplishment man. Crazy how seeing your pics brought back some instant memories.

I bet man, was it your first time tearing down the front to get to the lights? That is always impressive to see the process for the first time.

With this being my first mod I almost paid a guy first to do them for me. I'm glad I didn't though as I understand the front end now and honestly mine is set up to remove the lights in like 2 min. They def built the front end for overkill with the redundant overlapping.

Yea I removed part of the front bumper just so I could pull it open enough to get a wrench in there for that bolt. I never reinstalled that bolt afterwards. I understand from a design perspective for it and for redundancy, but not needed IMO. Granted now I got glass fenders so its gone anyway.

I took mine out within 6 months. Realized the flat bars didn't fit the flowing lines of the truck. Also the light output sucked.
