@TonyQ A double row will not fit, only a single row, these are @Iggy. pictures

    A 40" fits perfect!

The only modification I had to to was enlarge the holes in the light bar mounts.

I used the supplied hardware for the wind damn since the light bar is the way. It mounts using the existing channel. Nice and low profile!

I'll try and get a pic, but with a single row it takes the place of the air dam. If I mock up the air dam it fits flush with the bottom of the light.

Not sure about a double below, but for sure up top. For the back I recommend diffused pods.

Thanks Iggy. Main reason I ask is I am not sure how I would route the wire. At only 16 inches it can't really be routed down the side of the front window as its not long enough.

You should be able to with the harness. The way I'm doing mine is installing lead coming off of the light on the opposite side of where it's going to be routed, then run the wire harness up the windshield channel and half way across the light to the connector. The connectors are large so I want those to be somewhere up high on the rack rather than hanging low on the windshield.

Would anyone know how much shipping costs would be for Canada? I didn't see it anywhere in the thread.
    Much appreciated.

Not sure about Canada. I can do USPS pretty easily, but I haven't shipped larger packages yet. Which light are you interested in?

1-2 sets of pods, I believe I read they're sold in pairs.
    Thanks for the quick response.
