Damnit you made me get out a calculator. NO it's a 100Watts! Still only 3 or 4 amps, that being the more important number for fuses and wiring.

This is just not true. If it's 100W and you run it off a 12V system the amps are 100/12=8.3A. I'm not sure the estimate of 100W is correct either. Better have @Iggy. confirm

I thought so but wasn't totally sure how many chips are in the bar. Thanks guys for your input I'll wait for @Iggy to chime in.

That could be, hopefully iggy can confirm. I can't find the spec sheet but have a 20" 126w on my truck now, and as poor as my memory is serving me right now. I think it's only drawing 4Amps. But it's obviously past my bed time...

You are either off on your recollection of your lights wattage or the amperage, the math just doesn't add up. Wattage equals voltage (usually ~12V in automotive applications) times the amperage. Or conversely, amperage equals wattage divided by voltage.

@mountainmonkey has the right equation dividing wattage by voltage equals amperage so 4 amps at 12 volts would yield 48 watts max. If you've got your bar on a 4 amp fuse you might try a 10 amp fuse to get close to max wattage and brightness... at least that's how I think it works lol

I'm definitely going to have to check my fuse panel to see what I put in there. All I can say for certain is I haven't popped the fuse yet... :fingerscrossed:

Just remember that too large a fuse is as bad as a fuse that's too small. For lighting applications a general rule of thumb is to have the fuse rated at ~125% of the total rated amperage of all the lights on the circuit.

Sorry I missed all that about the watts.

The 20 single row is 100w and needs 6.7A to achieve max lumens.

Mounting hardware is around 8 mm if I remember right, they come with the 8 bolts you need, a rubber gasket to go between the light and bumper. As far as matching up to your existing cut outs, that I cannot answer.
