I got a 40' single row. I already had the pods and thought they were amazing, until I switched this one on! I'm cool with IG, just wish I could take higher resolution photo's.

My 40W pods came in, much better than the other ones I was running! Is there a way to make the pod sit lower on the bracket?

Because the mounting bracket goes inside the light housing the only way I can think of would be to remove the mounting bracket and shave down the tops of each "fork" so that the light housing sits lower on them. That may involve elongating the hole that the stud goes through.

In other news, filling up at Costco gas this morning the attendant kid comes over to talk to me about my tailgate bracket with the 40w diffused pod on it. He asks me to turn it on, so I oblige, and when I turn back around I see that he had positioned himself just a few feet straight back from where the pod was pointing. He immediately shielded his eyes and said how dumb he was for looking right into it. Sorry not sorry? :bananadead:

You can take the bracket off and reverse it and it will sit as low as you want.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
Just got my lights @Iggy, SPOT on! Diffused! I'm gonna hook up a few 9V tonight to gaze happily at my new LEDs.

The elves must have fallen asleep! What's your order number? I can look it up and make sure it's on our end. If it is, we will replace at no cost to you.

I don't know. I don't carry much stock of the flush mounts and I normally only stock the diffused ones. The best I can do is if you find a willing buyer I can give you a discount on the ones you really want if I have them in stock?

That's weird because I just went to the site to act as if making another and it doesn't give me the option for that. Just drop down to 20w flood.... are we able to just send me a bracket and cover plate? And I can send you the embedded flush cover plates on these?

Not really sure how I F'd that up. Go figure

The site right now just lists what I have in stock. The GB lists everything I get made and just order everything at once. I also don't stock those parts. I have some plates to switch to flush mounts but not the other way around. Sorry, the best I can do is order some plates next time I order, but taking them apart also voids the warranty.
