Yep. I had a bunch of extra rivets from a 50 pack that I bought so I went ahead and riveted all of them. Plus, the rivet gun in more fun to use than a screwdriver.

Also not on the list.... ordered a Plus.

Thanks Ramon! Thanks Redline - great product.

Installation was a piece of cake, although drilling the new truck with less than 500 miles on it was somewhat nerve racking...:fingerscrossed:

I wanted to thank @ramonortiz55 for making this happen. I received mine a week ago or so but didn't have time till this weekend. I would say the install took approximately twenty minutes of my time including gathering the tools and drinking the beer...

Now I have hood struts on both of my Toyota vehicles. Sure makes it easier to deal with when you are not trying to fiddle with that damn prop rod.

2015 TRD Pro in the Garage!
Thanks for running this buy, got my struts installed today and they are great. Now I need to swap the struts as I had put in the "notes" on my order that it was a TRD Pro and had the scooped hood...wasn't sure if that took a different strut. Long story short, they sent me one size up in lift on the struts and said if it is too much they would swap them back to stock. They are way stiff so I pulled them off and am working with them to swap for the stock struts. Great company to deal with, shipped things out way fast! Install was way easy after reading through this thread ans seeing the extra notes posted by folks who had some minor issues. Took all of an hour with most of that spent doing double and triple measurements before punching holes in the Taco.

I never measure before I punch a hole in the Taco. I do however double check before I drill any holes in my truck.

Still waiting for our struts in the mail but I would like to thank @ramonortiz55 for an amazing job organizing this. I may be missing it but I don't see @millertime89 on the list, I placed 2 orders of the plus struts. One for him and one for myself. Again great job putting this together and keeping it organized
