Nope. They are working perfectly. What type of issue are you having?

Maybe because it got down to 50 last nite, but went to raise the hood this morning to check all the fluids and the struts wouldn't raise hood except for the last couple inches. I've had the hood raised numerous times since install with no problems. I did raise and lower it about 30 times again and still the same thing.

I'm hoping to get mine on later today. Judging by the state of the house, my wife probably has other plans. :anonymous:

Hmmm... It got down to about that here. I didn't raise my hood though. So far mine has been perfect. I'll try to raise it next day at the station since it's going to be about that cold here again.

I'm hoping its just because there still new and a little cold snap didn't help any. Gonna keep my eye on it though.

Replacement Warranty FTW. If it continues to give you trouble, I'm sure they wouldn't mind replacing them for you. And you shouldn't have to reinstall anything. Just pop the new struts on.

Currently having a problem. Had to break one of the rivets just to get my gun off. Then it was time to eat. So I have yet to install these

I ended up buying rivets without paint. They look great once installed though! Ha!

Install time on my truck with supplied rivets was 1.5 hrs

Install time on my buddies truck with bought rivets was 30minutes haha

Of course the second time is always fast but I spent a lot of time reassembling the rivet gun lol
