CLOSED. Group Buy: SOS Concepts 05+ Front bumpers

I have read a few commits about tire/wheel size when an SOS (or any off road) front bumper is installed. With an SOS front bumper what size tire would look good on stock 17-inch wheels. Would a 32-inch tire look good? I like the look of the 255/75/17, a narrow 32.1-inch tire. Would a narrow tire look okay? I have the front lifted 2 inches and the rear lift 1.5 inches with Icons.

 

Probably not. You need at least a 33. My worn down 33's look too small. 35s if you're feeling adventurous. Which is what I'm doing if things will stop going horribly wrong with my truck. Of course I did happen to pick up a roof spike for gutters through my sidewall

 

I would go at least 33. When my 33s start to go I will be going to 35

 

When something is copyrighted, does that necesarrily mean the actual font, logo, size, and letters used? i.e. its not copyright because its Old English letters that use a T R D?

Wishful thinking, I just want a one of a kind. One that will make people ask questions, and I'll be handing out Tacomaworld business cards like candy.

 

Yea that's why I was thinking of just having it blank and I'll cut out the T R D myself. That would mean I would have to get a plasma cutter LOL

These are the fonts I picked out. Ugh, would be nice if Toyota would just let us do it this one time or at least once a year like say for a limited production.

 

Some of them are hard founts to edit in inkscape.

 

If you find out anything about copyright info I can design anything you want using Adobe Illustrator for the TRD symbol. I can save it using all kinds of formats from there, just tell me what it needs to be. The other teacher in my Dept just got a CNC router for her design class so I can check with her on how it can be formated too. Let me know.

And eddy the two side holes are they re enforced to be able to use it as a high lift jack point or is it already capable of bearing weight.
