    How many are you running? I ordered 3 pairs. I've never complained about too much light...but I often complain about not enough light. I generally try to get camp set before dark, which isn't an issue in the summer when the sun sets at 8pm. However, it is an issue in the winter when the sun sets at 4:45pm.

    I used some 4lead trailer wire for my side lights and chase bar.

    If I did it again, I'd follow a buddies approach and go to lowes and find the cable sleeves you use to hide TV wires. He runs one of those along the edge of the windshield and can fit a ton of electrical.

    3 sets, lol. Colton said in an email you were running 5 sets! 2 sets on the rack for scene lighting and 2 sets on the hood hinges as ditch lights. I might get another set later on for reverse lighting.

    Not 5 pairs, only 3! I agree, that would be a lot. I have a pair of S2 Pros I'm going to use as ditch lights, 4 S1s on the ARE CX-HD cross bars, and 2 S1s on the trailer. A total of 6 S1s. If it is too much light, I may use a pair as reverse lights. That's one of the reasons why I went with BD, easily interchangeable lenses/mounting solutions for re-purposing should I want to change my setup.

    Is it super visible/does it stay attached? I ran a bunch of those for ethernet runs at home and they never stay attached. I suppose I could swap em out for some actual 3m tape though.

    That's kind of what I'm thinking of doing though, snag some 7-lead and make sure it's decent gauge.
