Are you talking about drilling a hole for the center section of cubby where the panel goes? A 1" hold in the lower left corner works. Just drill only the plastic out and don't go deeper. It can be done without removing the plastics, but the ABS computer is right under there.

this is exactly what i'm looking for. i wanted to know what's behind the cubby before drilling. 'call before you dig'. i'll drill it out, slowly, with a 1" hole saw.

    thanks!

does that mean shipped to all of us or to you and then need to be shipped out?

Just wondering when to expect making the drive down to the border to pick mine up.

Hi guys, lights arrived Friday. I've been under the weather so I'm going to do my best to get these out today and tomorrow.

    Thanks for waiting!

    yay, lights!

this will work out perfect because i have to take my bumper off to secure the winch solenoid after one of the screws came out. note to self: use threadlocker. a 2-for-1 is better motivation for taking the bumper off.

Hi guys, all the lights are labeled and ready for UPS.

The only thing is if you ordered a set of 9" rounds there are two details:

    1) I don't like how the harnesses were made so I will modify them and ship them out tomorrow separately, but the lights will ship today.
    2) The box says 7" but that's just the size of the lens. The overall length is 9"

Thanks again for another great GB guys! And Ramoncito for all the help!

    Got my light today :)

It's going in a Pelfrey bumper. What do I have to modify? Cut 1/8" off the screw posts on each side?

I just used a grinder with a flap disc and ground each side evenly and kept test fitting until it fit. It was a good amount off each side

I have the same set up

Also it's not the posts them selves rather the body of te lift that needs trimmed. Remove the post and then grind

Oh, take the posts out and grind. That makes more sense. Thanks!
