    @Sand_In_My_Taco

My hardware isn't even on its way yet so, it's packed up and ready to ship tomorrow.

    20240717_165813.jpg

Included is half a set (driver side), to include the initial one I made before adjustments in case it does actually work.

Also included 4 button head bolts for when you get your whole kit.

This way you can confirm fitment on the driver side, and if something needs changing, I can send the "corrected" internal bracket as well as all the parts for the passenger side.

On the plus side, I can confirm that a complete set will fit in a medium flat rate box. I just have to buy lots of paper to wrap and fill in the voids with

Hoping this is the last expense I accrue as I haven't even produced a set for sale yet :anonymous:

Also to add, once fitment is confirmed, the entire first post will be cleaned up.

This means it will include mock up, installation notes, as well as the drill guide with all irrelevant information deleted.

Just thought it was fun to add progress on there for everyone to see.

I should post in the 2nd Gen section to see if anyone wanted to get in on batches 3 and 4.

You're already in the first batch don't trip!

Maybe I should etch serial numbers on them too, or just yours and put #0001 :rofl::rofl:

Purchased Toyota Certified, with Vijay bumpers, additional lights, and Falken Wildpeaks on Fuel rims. Prev owner apparently painted the grill.
    Serialized, limited editions!

The first 50 signed are by the craftsman!

Have you got a makers mark?

    Shiiiiiiiiiiiit 50?

Think actual buyers might be half of that

But if it's anything like say...my 3rd Gen 4Runner rear control arm mounts, I'll get a random message or two every other week asking for a set.

So yeah, it's nice having the design knocked out already for quick production!

Loving the constant contact updates happening here. This is really coming together nicely, what you're doing. Can't wait.

The reason is so that people can see in real-time how it all comes together.

You order a key fob, or some head light assemblies, or something that's pre-packaged already and it should be processed and shipped out in a timely manner (assuming no holidays, etc).

But items being made to order well, that shit takes awhile

Just a one-man shop here which is why I'd do small batches from the get-go. Never want to bite off more than you can chew which is how I like my work-flow.

I''ll admit I don't really have a need for this (yet at least), so I was fully wandering in here for entertainment, expecting the hottest of hot messes after noticing 16 pages of posts in less than a week; but holy sh!t, this is coming along phenomenally!

    Text me your address!

Btw, I'm sending you the "tie down" bracket.

I know you mentioned a bottle opener but I figure I could make those and send them with your passenger set when things are finalized.
