You're in 2nd batch, not far behind!

Spot filled up right away after I posted - just wanted to up the total batches to 12 versus 8.

Really nice work. What is the advantage of this setup vs say the total chaos stiffeners?

Like I told first batch, I promise I will start production first thing Monday.

Would hate to delay anything by starting too early :anonymous:

So, I'm glad I've been cutting these out because I will say, consumable life is actually less than average.

To reflect this, I will be updating the price.

Current batches are not affected by this.

    The new difference is $4/per.

    Thanks for understanding!

Check this out; this is my refrigerated air dryer which lowers the temperature of incoming air in order to effectively separate moisture.

    20240728_130809.jpg

This bottle was empty last week :bananadead:

    20240728_130816.jpg

So, it's doing an absolute amazing job at removing moisture but with long runs on thicker steel, it really pushes consumables.

    20240728_130828.jpg

Ignore the shiny outer edge, I sanded it to get a better idea of the orifice.

    20240728_130844.jpg

Anyone that does CNC plasma, media blasting, painting, etc will understand what moisture does

Also 95% of batch 1 is cut out.

    20240728_144412.jpg

The remaining 5% are the pieces I lost due to a tip up, as well as anomalies like this.

    20240728_144754.jpg

However, surface scratches and whatnot are expected. This is actually the worst of it, so everything is far better looking but this occurs through normal material handling from suppliers.

    Enjoy!

That tie down, the only issue with it is the knick in the side? Not hole positioning or anything? If so, I'll take it. These parts will be living in a large rock tumbler for about 2 months before I paint and install them.

The scratch on the bottom panel, will get filled with whatever paint someone uses, not to mention it'll live in a hidden location.

The tie down bracket you mention? Yeah something occurred in the lead in and gouged that edge so I consider it scrap.

If ya want it, I'll include it with your normal pieces once I make your order.

Hole spacing, etc is the same as everything else.

Yeah, if it's just that Nick throw it in mine. No point in you losing money over something so minor

    It's still money lost!

But yeah I'll toss it in with your order meaning, you're still getting two regular pieces.

    Appreciate you looking out though!

Even from a garage shop, sold goods need to be held to a certain standard :hattip:

Purchased Toyota Certified, with Vijay bumpers, additional lights, and Falken Wildpeaks on Fuel rims. Prev owner apparently painted the grill.
Speaking of hole spacing, I took a shot at redrawing the tie down for the current revision of the plastic spacers. Apparently I got the hole spacing slightly off, and I forgot to increase the size of the holes.

Can you send me a copy of the CAD for the tie down bracket? I'd like the spacers to be as close as possible to the steel.
