The current slot on the L bracket will just get slightly enlarged.

I need to find the absolute correct orientation on how to use the template I was provided in adding the second slot above the large hole.

That's the only revision really, and some people like @545 don't even utilize those slots in their truck.

I recall @Sand_In_My_Taco truck (at least the driver side) also didn't make use of those slots either otherwise I would've noted it in the initial prototype.

As far as all other components, they remain exactly the same fortunately.

So I tried the links to get a hold of the 4WP install guide... and the link now reroutes to the front page. Would anyone happen to have the PDF file available?

    Yeah 4WP routing does that.

With that said, I specifically refrained from attaching it myself because I do not want anyone to use the wrong measurements in drilling their holes.

Just remember to refer to the first post for those key details!

SUPER important not to use the dimensions in that 4WP PDF!!

KwikVette went through the numbers in the first post.

Once you get the first 4 holes in the right spot, the install is quite obvious. The first page is really all you need, but there are plnty of install pics in this thread.

I linked @RxYoda install process the day he installed his set.

It's in the first post along with other important information; he was pretty detailed in the whole process.

Explicitly understood on getting the initial two holes properly measured and drilled. Are there any further measurements to made for the subsequent holes, or does the sequence of installing each additional bracket make it obvious on where to mark, punch, and drill after those very first two? Just a stacked tolerance for each subsequent bracket in the arrangement?

Appreciate everyone's info and pics, and was only going to reference the 4WP pdf for the sequence of the install, not the measurements.

No further measurements need to be made. Each additional bracket shows where the next holes are to be made. I used a transfer punch so I could get my holes centered up, but I did wind up using a rotary tool to shift a couple of them one way or another to tune the fit.

Totally got screwed out of the minimum two-drop-kicks-per-package from the USPS.

Also for kicks, my garage will be in shambles again

It won't delay anything this time around though. But I'm expanding my welding surface area again :anonymous:

First post on the first page my friend!

I don't expect anyone to go through 59 pages, it's a lot of banter and nonsense :bananadead:

I get PM's nearly daily asking for a set - priority goes to those in the batches.
