oh I know. Agreed upon waiting when I signed up. 68 pages leaves me wondering if I missed anything tbh but it doesn’t look to be the case here

On a positive note, she's up and running.

Asked my kid if he was good with me stepping outside for 1 minute while I did a test cut and got the thumbs up.

Looks good, and I've learned to accept the slight bevel on one edge is considered within tolerance.

Had spoken to another Hypertherm tech earlier today and although the numbers aren't published, engineering paperwork states a tolerance of up to 8 degrees is expected.

Sorry, I'm late to the show here and I'm sure you get a ton of replies like this...

How do I get put on the list for a pair of these?

    No list.

Once batches are made, everything else is made to order first come first serve.

Information is in the first post!

    You'll still be waiting.

Plan to cut out the first revised set this Saturday for @GunthorNC as he's the only paid for set that's unfulfilled.

Fortunately @NoOne sent me his own set as he marked and drilled the new holes needed for the revision which I'll be using to compare with the set I cut out. He paid for shipping his own set to me without asking for anything in return even.

Progress is only slow because I don't do any work in the garage during the week (which included getting back up and running).

No issue waiting just curious on time frame.
I won’t be driving much as I get a lift figured out.

I just need to be satisfied with the cut quality this Saturday.

If it does well, then I'll be churning sets out pretty quickly as I can do a set of 3 the same day easily.

I can only advise you to keep an eye out for page 1, although I'll make a change in the title itself.

I cannot let anyone know otherwise as I have over 40+ messages from people waiting for a set as well to which I responded the same way.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

You need the advice of my old shop manager badly... "Stop standing around with your dick in your hand, there will be plenty of time for that when the machine is making parts!"

Just a heads up, if you're gonna want me to validate the fit... It'll take me a few months. I usually do around 70 hrs a week, and... Winter starts to gets busier for me.

My estimated install will probably be around spring/early summer.

Do appreciate it but not necessary.

I'll be using @NoOne set I've got on hand not to mention I have a complete set as well that no one wanted so I'm keeping it as my "master" set.

@Kwikvette : Would you possibly consider (after vetting) posting a printable template showing the updated slots on the L-bracket?

I'm going to cut out a test piece out of 16 gauge in the next half hour here.

Then see how it matches up with the one on hand.

I can see about cutting small templates out if anyone needs one; not the entire thing just the top part with the holes in it.
