Thanks for the update. Just sucks when you don't hear anything. Paid for mine two weeks ago and hoping to get it before I leave for Utah/AZ in two weeks.

 

Looks like I better double lock mine on my truck. These things are hard to come by lol.

 

No joke! I'm planning to replace the pins with bolts and lock nuts and run a cable lock through the handle.

Just be careful when you do. The holes are sized precisely for the pins and fit tight. So just be careful.

 

Or... Maybe I'll just throw it in my toolbox.

 

Well, I happen to be out side yesterday as UPS drove by. Talk about a disappointment, they didn't even look my way, much less deliver a shovel. not sure what's going on, as the tracking info says the same thing as when it originally was sent, 'Ready for UPS'. Anyone else have this info, or know if it should be part of this batch going out today, or what? It has said that since May 9.

 

Well at least you've gotten some sort of shipping notification, I haven't received anything at all.

 

Mine shows the same, I'm just hoping UPS goofed and didn't update it. Says delivery date is today though.

 

I'm the same with delivery date today. Maybe he created the labels and ours are going out with the new shipment sadly

 

That happens a lot with usps and Paypal, labels get created and then sit there on boxes waiting for product. It'll be the first it's happened for me with UPS.

 

^ this, label is created but hasn't shipped. Mine says the same thing. Probably ship out some today or tomorrow is my guess since they just got a shipment in yesterday.

Working on getting you guys updated with current info. Please be patient as this is not his primary job, I know that he is a small business and that this was the 1st and largest order that he has done. I told him we could possibly get this number and he tried to compensate for that. But due to unforeseen shipping and manufacturing issues there has been a delay. I know that he is working to correct it and have been talking to him everyday bugging him (since we work together) on your guys behalf.

I know that it is frustrating waiting on purchased product to ship, and I think that those that are waiting on tracking info to change, that should be happening shortly.

Please keep me updated on issues so that I can keep bugging him to get them out.

 

Honestly, I'm in no rush. I'm glad you keep communicating to us. I just keep seeing people post pictures and status updates on theirs and I'm getting jealous haha. I'm stoked for these and I bet this might become his primary business soon because these are just going to get bigger and bigger @Whitecloud

 

Yea, no worries as long as we get it in the end. I just hate that the tracking works like it does sometimes. Everyone should be happy and post lots of pics when it's here!

 

Yeah he told me that there is a good chance that within the next year that he will only be doing this. I'm gonna try to become a vendor for him and see if I can keep a bit better control on it for you guys.

 

I upgraded my axe today. Now if I could just find a good shovel...

 

All kidding aside though. The wait doesn't bother me at all. I'm sure the seller is doing all he can do to get them out
