The shipping department has been putting sliders on pallets all day long and fabrication has been running more sliders all day long

It appears as though another eight orders will be shipping tomorrow or Wednesday. It could be a few more but at the moment we will have eight.

Just picked up my sliders and the skids weren't on the pallet. Were they not able to be shipped with the sliders? Sucks if that's the case but i really just want to make sure before i leave the shipping terminal

Was it a crate or a pallet?

appears as though things got lost in translation internally. I'm going to have to ship the skids FedEx Ground, they didn't get shipped with the sliders. Don't leave the sliders there at the terminal or I get charged a holding fee.

Got it. Thanks for the quick reply. Sliders are loaded and I'll head home to install. I had hoped to save a good chunk of money shipping them together but these things happen.

Sliders look great! I should have pics of them installed tonight or tomorrow.

Adding items to an order weeks after the original order was placed, when your original order was already on a pallet and truck was called in really messed us up internally and things fell through the cracks. We have no way to link multiple orders as one when shipping all at once.

Totally understand. Guess i just got my hopes up when you'd said they could be shipped together and the sliders hadn't been shipped yet.

    No worries!

So this means I should have sliders before my next trip out. That'll be a huge stress relief not being as worried about rocker panels. Given my next wheeling day will be about a month I'd guess.

Making sure that order 4657, and 4416 make it in the same create. Judging by the lack of popularity in the slider config I ordered there should be plenty of time before mine are done. IE 3rd gen, dcsb, no kick out, and no filler plates.

Sure have. We now have a full time fabricator and a full time shipping/receiving guy. Then I cover all the stuff in between.

    A friendly PSA:

If you have a question or comment pertaining to your current or existing order, please contact us through email or phone. As much as we try to manage your orders through the forum, it is near impossible and mistakes can and will happen. Contacting us direct is a much safer alternative than through the forum.
