I've got a stock 3" pulley as well as a 2.8" pulley... Hell, I even have an entire old nose drive assembly laying around.

Do you have the main crank pulley which drives the supercharger assembly? That's the main pulley we would be after here to make this happen.

Always lurking lol. Almost commented a couple times too.

Truth be told I'm interested but I'm also lowish on funds and there's a lot more things that are a priority (truck wise:D) than this for me.

    Eventually probably

How much is the crank supercharger pulley? Maybe we can make a pot to contribute to so we can buy a brand new one. That way no wear is on it either

I have an old OEM accessory drive (non supercharger) crank pulley that I can just either give or let whatever machine shop we will be using borrow so you guys can get one made if interested in a dual pulley setup. That being said by doing so, I don't know what it would cost for a dual crank pulley setup. I believe an NST OE size billet crank pulley costs about $150 by the time it is all said and done.

I believe the OEM style uses impregnated rubber on the inner part of the steel to keep it balanced which is fine on paper, but eventually wears out, rots, warps, potentially even melts. By going full billet you can ensure when balanced properly that there will be nothing to wear on it.

    I'll add you! :)

How much is it forcthe supercharger crank pulley from magnuson or toyota? This may be one of those build it and they will come things. It appears NST is no longer dicking around so we can use their normal crank pulley for the time being. If we get a few people to go in on the stock SC crank pulley we can atleast get some R&D rolling.

We have some headway on the secondary pulley and will be potentially getting a digital model for it in a few weeks.

Magnuson would be the next best option for this though the pulley may cost a pretty penny.

You need a blower man! Added. :)

Any thought to making this slightly oversize to reduce the need for smaller and smaller diameter pulleys up top?

I had intial thoughts of making an oversized version years ago for that very reason, but discovered in the process that the idlers already are a very tight fit so an increase in pulley size over what it already is would be inviting potential fitment issues.

^this right here. When I changed my oil last friday I was looking around down there. That idler is super close, like they for sure did not want anyone modifying the crank pulley.
