Not sure if the model number on this:

    http://partnersteel.com/LG05.htm

"Our newest stove is 22" wide. We have incorporated some important features requested by users. This stove has the burners spaced 12" apart to more easily accommodate 10" pans. Additionally, the grill spacing has been reduced over the burner plates so that a small coffee cup can be warmed. The windscreen is a standard feature with this stove. Griddle and stand is available. 22 x 12 x 3 1/2, 17lbs"

That's the one I asked about. If the interest is there I can't see them saying no.

Really depends on the size of your cooking gear. The 18" is what I have, but we've always used our backpacking gear to cook with.

What I recommend you do is get your cooking pans out and put them side by side and measure the width to know what you need.

Pictured below is a 12" and a 10" pan. The stove width is 23.5" Wide.

Most of my car camping pans are 10" and less. I'm interested in a more robust stove with better adjustment. Since this also runs off of propane, it would go well with my portable fire ring for those sites which don't allow wood burning fires. Maybe the 18 inch? So I can have a 10 inch pot/pan and a kettle going at the same time without the tight squeeze that's with a 16"?

My MSR Pocket Rocket and XGK-EX are great backpacking stoves, but they have limited adjustability. I'll probably keep the XGK-EX along as a back up since I can fuel it with unleaded gasoline (White gas is better, of course, since it has twice the BTU value compared to gasoline)

OP, consider adding the word "Stove" to the thread title so anyone unfamiliar with them might be motivated to dive in.

    You're on the list.

Got you down for a 22". Just let me know if you want to change.

That's correct. The 9" is more expensive because it's a different style. The 9" is more like a suitcase with a burner on each half.
