i believe that some of the items that weren't in stock had to be ordered and dropped shipped from Rigid.

One of the guys on t4r reached out to the vendor and he replied that rigid takes awhile to update their system on pending orders

if you don't hear anything by Monday, i recommend sending the vendor a nudge.

Apparently the GB wiped out the supply of Dually Side Shooters. From what I was told, Rigid is producing more and they should be ready this week. Looks like the shipping is quite fast so Im hoping these show up my Monday.

 

Didn't buy any .. couldn't find the SS' on the group buy website. Bought a rock light kit and a couple of d2's

For those that haven't received their item, the vendor told me the group buy wiped out their inventory and some of Rigid's inventory.

Rigid will be building additional lights and ship them as they are complete.

Vendor just texted me.

He said Rigid is finally updating their data base with shipping information.

He didn't specify who or how many.

 

FYI, I just received an email with shipping info for the remainder of my order!!

 

Never got shipping info or anything .. these just showed up at my door .. I'm not mad though.

 

is anyone else missing shipping information or still awaiting lights?

Looks like everyone else on all the other forums got their items already, or at least tracking.

My lights arrived today but I never got any shipping info

 

I have received neither lights nor email

 

I did finally receive ship notice yesterday. Drop ship from Rigid via FedEx.

 

Ill send the vendor a text tomorrow..see if we can getany further updates

 

I came home tonight to find my lights were delivered. I opened the box to find one of the lenses is cracked. I reached out to the vender for replacement. Super bummed, but confident they will take care of me.

 

My lights came last night, never received shipping info

 

I got FedEx info Monday for del.today. but that is because I have signed up on FedEx sire so it automatically add the shipping from them and rigid didn't email me but when I opened my FedEx app it found a package coming to me and added it.
