I agree, trying to be patient as I know this group buy was huge, but getting tough waiting as the weeks keep going by. Still no kit or rebate here also.

 

9 more days and it will be two months since I ordered.....kind of crazy not to get an update from the vendor at the very least

 

Still waiting on rebate.

Same boat... Keep expecting an update from low range, No word on rebate or suspension.

Honestly I don't mind waiting, it's just random shipping logistics the that's going on that has my OCD side raging haha. I'm stoked that people are getting their kits though, this GB was an amazing deal and well worth the wait!!

 

In an age of the capability to easily and immediatey transmit information to the customer, I am constantly amazed by the number of companies who CHOOSE not to do so. Didn't take long to begin flooding my email address with advertisements yet not one update on the status of the sale. End rant.

 

I'm not minding the wait either, just trying to forget about it and really do not care of who gets theirs first, but would just like communication. Hopefully all of our rebates are ok. Makes me nervous that some are receiving theirs and I have no clue of the status of mine.
Oh you're in MI. I'm just a bit north of ya. Maybe ours will get shipped out at the same time??

 

Checked my mail and got the rebate today also.

Ordered April 27th submitted for rebate the same day and received both of them June 3rd.

For those not sure about rebate email ARB to see if it has been sent for fulfillment.

I'm glad some are getting kits also. I agree with others that more vendor communication would help us all to know where things are at. I called ARB today to check my rebate status, and was told it had been accepted and sent out. Haven't received anything yet though. May have got lucky, but the call only took about 1 minute to check on it.

I did originally choose 885s but I decided to go 887s to get that extra half inch of lift instead of putting spacers on top cause the 885s and 887s are the same spring rate of 590lbs so mise well just get 887s!

 

I received my kit yesterday, and I received my rebate today! I must say I am very impressed by the hat. It's a really, really, really nice hat. And the kit comes with two stickers as well.. someone was inquiring about that.

I ordered my kit stock & unassembled so that it wouldn't have to get shipped to Low Range first, because I'm too impatient. I have some parts coming from Wheelers early next week. I decided to order greasable shackles from Low Range though, because they had the best price and free shipping on ARB parts.

Low Range emailed me yesterday and said the greasable shackles won't be in stock until the 13th or so. So I went to my local 4x4 store here in Los Angeles to see if they had any. They have one set in the warehouse (hopefully!). But he also gave me some input that I thought I would share with you:

Arb is currently changing warehouses in the Seattle area. Combined with that, there has recently been a union dock workers strike at the port of Seattle. ARB vendors nationwide have had delays getting parts because of issues related to this.

Be patient! Everything will arrive soon.

 

Got my rebate!

 

What did the rebate come in? Did it have a card inside or ARB logo on it? Just wondering in case I accidentally throw it away thinking it's junk mail with a fake credit card in it...LOL!

 

Plain looking envelope with a Visa gift card inside. It has ARB stamped on the card too.

 

I know it's a bum out to wait - but that's the trade off for getting such a good deal. Patience is the key.

Alright! We have kits! Just got a 4 Pallet Shipment from ARB Not including the 3 ARB Bull Bars sitting there as well.
