    I've had my topper for a bit under a year now and really don't see the need for extra clamps (spare part if I somehow broke a clamp makes sense though I guess). Use conditions vary for everyone but my rails haven't budged since tightening them down.

    I already have one but for anyone who may be on the fence before this group buy runs out- Do eeeeet!

    Softoppers are great and their customer service is absolutely sensational. When I first ordered mine the frame was out of spec, and trying to put it together actually resulted in me breaking it. Any other company would probably try to pin that on me, they replaced it no questions asked. A few weeks later, on a cold morning, I opened my back panel and the window cracked due to the cold (protip- take it easy on the thing opening in the cold). Again, replaced, no questions asked. The quality of the top itself is superb and installation took me all of about a half hour. It does a good job of keeping the inside of the bed dry in rain, the only times I've ever noticed a leak is when water was able to pool up on the front bed rail and run in between the front panel and side panel. That water ends up sitting in the front of the bed until it levels out, then immediately runs out the drain hole up there. I'm really impressed with the product.

    "Customer Service is Absolutely Sensational" is the understatement of the year so far. Like saying the sun is hot or Marines are tough. Softopper treated me as if I was family, close family! I haven't even taken delivery yet (two more days) and already I'm happy I gave my money to THIS company.
